We find the best results at 50-125mg when combined with caffeine, and 150-200mg when used in isolation.
The clinically studied Theacrine doses are 125mg with caffeine and 200mg in isolation.
50-75mg: We find this dose with 150-250mg of caffeine to help prevent the jitters and crash typically associated with caffeine. Consumers typically feel the mood elevation and motivation associated with Theacrine starting around 45 minutes, and lasting as long as six hours. Depending on the dose, the feeling of improved energy can last ~4-6 hours.
75-125mg: We find this dose with 200-400mg of caffeine typically provides more explosive energy and focus. Rather than just the mood elevation and motivation to exercise, this dose of Theacrine anecdotally potentiates the energy from the caffeine. The energy can be quite intense, yet it feels clean with no crash, no jitters and long duration. Depending on the caffeine/Theacrine doses, the energy and focus can last beyond six hours.
We’ve had many positive anecdotes at these caffeine levels with Theacrine as low as 50mg.
